When healthcare marketing strategies shifted in central and southern Illinois, Prairie Heart Institute, the largest cardiac care facility in the state, needed to respond. As part of their efforts to differentiate and increase awareness, we initiated a brand strategy program. After identifying and interviewing primary audience members, overarching themes were articulated. Recommendations for brand strategy, key message, and creative and editorial direction were developed for deployment across a variety of channels.
